Wizi Productions provides video production, editing, and creative media services. All services are delivered based on agreed scope, timelines, and pricing.
2. Payments
Payments must be made as per agreed terms. An advance may be required to initiate projects. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials, and timely approvals. Any delay from the client side may impact project timelines.
4. Revisions
Projects include limited revisions as agreed. Additional revisions beyond the scope may be subject to extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred upon full payment. Wizi Productions retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. Advance payments are non-refundable, and work completed up to termination will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wizi Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
